Requirements

5+ years of experience in Instructional Design.
Proficient in creating self-service training content.
Experience with Learning Management System administration.
Familiarity with eLearning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate).
Skilled in video creation, editing, and hosting.
Graphic design skills using tools like Illustrator or Photoshop.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality self-paced learning content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish learning objectives.
Create engaging video tutorials, scripts, and certificates for eLearning.
Improve course materials including visual aids and graphics.
Develop supplementary learning materials such as tutorials and exercises.
Build assessments aligned with learning objectives.
Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of educational programs.
Manage course updates and lifecycle tracking.
Work across teams to identify education gaps and develop content.
Assist inLearning Management System (LMS) administration when needed.
