The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences that build knowledge, develop skills, and drive behavior change across the commercial organization. This role leverages instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to translate business needs into performance-based learning solutions that support sales, marketing, service, and customer success teams. The role involves applying sound instructional design methodologies, tailoring instructional strategies, conducting needs analyses, translating business goals into learning objectives, curating content with SMEs, maintaining consistent branding, ensuring training relevance, defining success metrics, monitoring learning effectiveness, and continuously improving materials. The designer will also utilize authoring tools and LMS platforms and stay informed on emerging learning technologies.
