Generally, reports to a manager or higher. In very large departments, the employee may report to an Assistant Director or faculty chair. The primary duty of this role is working directly with faculty to design, develop and manage online and hybrid courses. The role also works collaboratively to integrate current educational technologies, promote effective teaching strategies, and improve student learning experiences.
