Start your Voyage – Apply Now Get to Know the Opportunity The Sales Coordinator will provide a high level of support and coordination to the western U.S. institutional client advisors and consultant relations team. The role will support ongoing ad hoc projects and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and preparing reports and meeting materials. The Sales Coordinator's role is multifaceted and offers a dynamic position in the investment industry and exposure to sales leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR similar work experience of at least 5 years in administrative support.
  • Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks, and working within deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, assertive, and capable of managing high-pressure situations.
  • Strong skills in oral and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior leadership.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe professional, Concur, Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent Teamwork and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong skills in oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize and adapt to new technologies and software to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide effective verbal and oral communications across all levels of the organization and across business units.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials for the institutional client advisors and consultant relations team as needed, using tools such as PowerPoint and excel.
  • Review and process invoices for approval and payment.
  • Initiate and/or assist in the organization and planning of industry conferences and events as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support, as needed, and assist with on-site client meetings, material preparation, and agendas.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with firm policies and procedures while performing the role outlined above.
