About The Position

This is a part time (20 hour per week) 3–4-month position to support institutional research projects at the college. These projects support mandated reporting and accreditation. A factbook will be compiled from this information that can be shared with the community to provide easy access to information that can be critical for other reporting purposes. This position will also support information gathering that will allow identification of the “student” personas for our current UGO and graduate student population.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
• Must be capable of working independently as well as working in conjunction with others to complete projects.
• Must demonstrate initiative to follow through on all assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Candidate should be experience in using Excel and in knowledge of Adobe Acrobat file management.
• The successful candidate will be a detailed oriented person with an Ability to interact successfully with students, administration, faculty and staff
• or a closely related field or an equivalent three (3) years combination of education, and experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Light to moderate lifting of files, supplies, boxes of literature and office materials
• Able to use office and telecommunications equipment
• Walking required

Responsibilities

• College Factbook Preparation Support in building the 2026 Nichols College Factbook.
• Meet with specific offices to gather data for metrics.
• Review factbook examples.
• Support IPEDS data gathering that will be included in Factbook.
• Student Persona Development For UGO student population develop and distribute survey to identify persona of current students.
• For traditional graduate student population develop and distribute survey to identify persona of current students.
