Responsibilities

Schedule customer project installations via phone, text, and email
Reschedule appointments as needed to accommodate changes
Communicate daily with the Operations team and other internal departments
Ensure all necessary installation documents are uploaded into rForce prior to install day (e.g., installation packet, materials checklist, change orders)
Verify SPOs are received before scheduling installations
Perform other duties as assigned
