Job Duties As our “INSTALLATION / MOD COORDINATOR”, you will collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as project managers and installation leaders, during construction projects and assist in coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful administrative experience to KONE, ideally within the construction industry. Proficiency in SAP is a plus. Other Listed Duties As Needed Responsible for obtaining site completion documents from customers and booking inspections with governing authorities. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others Generates purchase orders for vendor, requested material required during the installation process. Additional duties as assigned. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals. Requirements

2+ years of progressive and successful administrative experience to KONE, ideally within the construction industry.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Well Organized
Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
