Installation Field Specialist
About The Position
Pella NJ/NY team is seeking an Installation Field Specialist. The Installation Field Specialist works to perform services not provided by a subcontractor and to ensure that installations are completed per Pella Manufacturing Installation Instructions. This position will also serve as a resource for and may audit sub-contracted installers. This position will also be charged with the accurate and timely completion of the order verification process (virtual and in person). This includes gathering correct job site and product requirements and clearly communicating the installation processes to set realistic expectations with our homeowner customers. This position may also provide installation recovery work as needed. Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers. This position will join a team and cover the following territory: Ocean County NJ - Northern NJ, Orange County NY, Rockland County NY, Staten Island and NYC.
