You are a skilled electrician or installation technician who will use their craft in a fast-growing tech company focused on changing how the pharmaceutical industry handles temperature compliance globally. About Eupry Eupry is a Danish scaleup serving over 1,000 customers. The company provides wireless monitoring, automated mapping, validation, and calibration solutions. They help pharmaceutical, biotech, and logistics companies ensure temperature compliance across the entire supply chain. The American office is founder-led and growing at 300% year-over-year. The company needs someone who cares deeply about the quality of installation, including clean cabling, precise mounting, and treating every site like it matters. You will deploy wireless monitoring systems (data loggers, gateways, sensors) in facilities such as pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, and logistics warehouses across the USA and internationally. This role is a starting point, with a direct path to team lead positions, technical project management, or other specialized roles inside the company as Eupry scales. You will travel 70% across the United States and Canada, with opportunities for international deployment. A comprehensive travel budget covers all flights, hotels, and daily per diem. You keep all airline miles and hotel points earned for your personal use. There are regular visits to Eupry HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. Work environments range from +25°C labs to -80°C ultra-low freezers and busy logistics cross-docks. Requirements

  • Trained electrician, installation technician, or similar hands-on technical background.
  • Sharp eye for physical alignment, secure mounting, and clean, professional cabling.
  • Tech-curious: able to troubleshoot a LAN connection, understand DHCP vs. Static IP, and verify systems are communicating correctly.
  • Comfortable reading and working with technical documentation, SOPs, and work orders.
  • Customer-facing confidence: you enjoy being on-site, solving problems in real-time, and making clients feel taken care of.
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in leaving a site better than you found it.
  • Valid driver's license and current passport (must be able to travel freely).

Nice To Haves

  • IPAF PAL Card (categories 3a/3b) or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
  • Experience working in GxP, pharmaceutical, food production, or laboratory environments.
  • Familiarity with GMP/GDP protocols or cleanroom etiquette.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the physical installation of wireless monitoring systems: mounting sensors, routing cables, and configuring gateways to a high standard of craftsmanship.
  • Verify connectivity: perform IP assignments, ping tests, signal strength checks, and ensure every device has a solid connection to the cloud platform before leaving the site.
  • Execute Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols and produce audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate handoff to the Validation Team with a fully documented, fully functional system.
  • Work in diverse environments, including cleanrooms, production floors, -80°C freezers, and busy logistics hubs, adapting and delivering regardless of the setting.
  • Travel across the US and Canada (~70% travel, roughly 3 of 4 weeks per month), with regular international trips including Copenhagen, Denmark.
