About The Position

We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Installation Department. You will coordinate schedules, manage equipment ordering, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the Install Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can manage multiple priorities with precision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous inventory or coordination experience preferred
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation processes is preferred
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation processes is preferred
  • Previous inventory or coordination experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate installation schedules with customers, technicians, and internal teams
  • Order equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery for scheduled installs
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery or product issues
  • Process and manage all installation-related paperwork, including rebates and warranties
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, orders, and inventory
  • Act as a liaison between sales, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock
  • Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Utilize inventory management systems (ServiceTitan) to track materials and equipment
  • Support the Install Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
