About The Position

We’re looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our Operations team! As an Installation Coordinator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be working closely with our customers to schedule their installation. You will be delighting our customers and providing a high level of customer service as well as maintaining communications to update them on the progress of their installation while managing the install go backs. Additionally, you will work with our install teams to schedule current install requests.

  • Exceptional communication skills of listening and speaking for handling customer conflicts
  • Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand
  • Must be able to organize & prioritize
  • Ability to adapt well and accept feedback in a changing environment
  • Must be comfortable in technology driven environment
  • Ability to work independently & with other teammates
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on Jobs in Progress (JIPS) & IGBs to ensure proper scheduling
  • Maintain installation scheduling of installation managers, & creates service folders with proper documentation for IMs
  • Takes both inbound and outbound scheduling calls
  • Prepares customer correspondence when deemed appropriate, such as paid invoices or rebates
  • Provides back up and support to other members of the operations team as needed
  • Keep continuous communications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their project are addressed and satisfied
  • Possibly prepares contract amendment as necessary
  • Other jobs duties as assigned
