The INSPIRE - Events Leadership Development Program is an 18-month initiative designed for future or recent graduates eager to jumpstart their hospitality career with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. This program immerses participants in the operational heart of a Fairmont hotel, providing valuable insights and hands-on experience to foster their management career. Participants will assume a Supervisor (or equivalent) role in key areas such as Resort Experience or Conference Concierge. The program features a customized outline, offering two distinct structures: Cross-exposure, which involves rotating through several teams across assigned departments, or Specialization, allowing participants to develop expertise by focusing on two specific divisions. The availability of these structures may vary by property.
