About The Position
The Inspector Packer is responsible for ensuring that finished products meet quality standards before being packaged and prepared for shipment. This position supports production efficiency by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or inconsistencies in accordance with quality standards
- Package finished goods carefully and efficiently to prevent damage during transit
- Label, seal, and prepare products for shipping following established procedures
- Maintain production pace to meet daily and weekly output goals
- Identify and report quality issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Assist with other general production or warehouse duties as needed
