Onsite 5 Days a week 8:00AM to 5:00pm • Reviewing and scrubbing inspection lists in advance to verify scope and necessity • Confirming dates, customer status, and any past-due balances • Proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections • Ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion • Coordinating with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports Secondary responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects. On a daily basis, the Inspection Coordinator will also share phone coverage responsibilities with our Service Coordinator. Our branch does offer a designated “Quiet Hour,” during which the role may step away from phone coverage to focus on scheduling and administrative work.
