WSP is currently initiating a search for an Inspection Coordinator at our client's office in New York, NY. Your Impact Provide coordination support to inspection staff. Have the ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Perform quality assurance review of inspection reports and project documentation, and sign off. Develop inspection and testing protocols/processes, as based on specification requirements. Perform technical reviews and consultation to client as required. Who You Are Required Qualifications A BS/BE degree from an accredited college/university in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 10 years of demonstrated experience in engineering, inspections, and audits. Railroad engineering/inspection experience is a plus. NY or NJ PE registration desired. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as there will be day-to-day interactions directly with the client and other client contractors. Excellent computer skills and fluent in the utilization of MS Office. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Engineering. 40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR 1910.120) preferred. Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training desired. Compensation Expected Salary: $103,000 – $170,500 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Requirements
