About The Position

Our client is seeking a proactive, data-driven Analyst who excels at translating complex insights into clear, impactful recommendations for a wide range of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as an Insight Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong drive to improve processes and performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as SQL and Python, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
  • Strong ability to communicate insights through clear, visually engaging dashboards and reports.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, CRM, and Operations to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, drawing on detected trends, anomalies, performance dips, and emerging growth opportunities.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on customer behavior, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Own multi-brand business and customer cross-sell performance tracking and optimization processes.
  • Perform daily KPI tracking across a multi-brand portfolio.
  • Identify key KPI drivers and work with business stakeholders to define optimal proactive and reactive actions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor brand performance, campaign impact, operational bottlenecks, KPIs, and core business metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
