Essential Functions: Technical Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries on trailer components Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. Order Management: Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy. Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis. Comply with all Company policies and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Office software primarily word & excel Must be able to perform each essential function and responsibilities of the job satisfactorily in accordance with Company productivity and quality requirements. Physical Requirements: Standing 0 - 5% of the time. Walking 5 – 10% of the time. Sitting 60- 80% of the time. Reaching, pushing, pulling 0 - 5% of the time. Arm, wrist, hand, finger movement 40 - 60% of the time. Bending and twisting neck and trunk 0 - 2% of the time. Hearing requirements include the ability to hear all verbal communication. Ability to verbally communicate. Requires light physical effort, such as lifting and/or moving 5 pounds or less, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
