The Technical Inside Sales Representative (TISR) serves as both the face of Bray and the primary liaison for our valued customers. In this role, you’ll manage direct communication with assigned customer accounts and coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service and support. Using Bray’s systems and tools, you’ll process sales orders, respond to inquiries, and facilitate solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll receive comprehensive training on Bray’s products, systems, and processes while working alongside a dedicated, collaborative team.
