We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or counter sales experience in the construction industry
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication skills—Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain trust
  • Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and solutions.
  • Conduct inside sales activities including follow-up on incoming leads, quoting, and order processing.
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers with updates on orders, deliveries, and any account-related issues.
  • Prepare and deliver effective solutions-driven sales materials.
