About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is highly interactive and customer-facing, with a primary focus on connecting with customers at our retail partner locations and setting qualified leads for in-home consultations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, building rapport, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

Proactively engage with customers at retail partner locations
Educate customers on products and services in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
Identify customer needs and set qualified leads for follow-up appointments
Represent the company professionally and consistently with brand standards
Track and document customer interactions and leads accurately
Collaborate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
Maintain a positive, energetic presence while interacting with the public
