About The Position

Agilix Solutions currently has an opening for an Industrial Inside Salesperson at our Lenexa, KS branch. This position is a full-time Inside Sales role that is responsible for sales growth, leveraging a well-defined strategic plan. This role will report to the Operations Manager. Requirements

  • Experience selling industrial automation and electrical products preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Quick response time and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support the sale of industrial, automation, and electrical products through product knowledge.
  • Act as a resource for customers, providing timely and effective customer service.
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales to maintain up-to-date information on customer activities.
  • Complete quote and order requests, ensuring accurate and timely entry.
  • Monitor open order and back-order reports, proactively updating customers and Account Managers on status.
  • Provide backup support for the team as needed.
