About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales team member to support our roofing sales process from the first lead to final invoicing. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, assisting homeowners with their roofing projects, collaborating with team members, and managing details in our CRM system. The Inside Sales position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every customer while helping the company grow through consistent follow-up and strong communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales, roofing, or insurance restoration preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and project tracking software.
  • Ability to read and interpret job scopes, contracts, and blueprints.
  • Proven history in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowner and team members.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on helping customers through the process.
  • 100% office based.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Appointment Management
  • Receive new leads and promptly contact homeowners to schedule roof inspections.
  • Work closely with the Roofing Specialist to schedule inspections.
  • Inspection Follow-Up
  • Review inspection results with homeowners.
  • Explain the insurance process or present retail roofing options, including available financing plans.
  • Insurance Coordination
  • Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims when applicable.
  • Schedule insurance adjuster meetings with the Roofing Specialist.
  • Follow up with homeowners to check on claim progress and updates.
  • Sales and Job Setup
  • Review the project scope and accurately build the work in the CRM.
  • Send the scope to the supplementing team for review and approval.
  • Get electronic contracts signed and set up payment schedules.
  • Project and Invoicing Support
  • Submit additional supplements to the supplementing team as needed.
  • Schedule final inspections with the Roofing Specialist once jobs are complete.
  • Issue final invoices to homeowners and ensure payment collection.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support team and organization goals.
