About The Position

Generator Supercenter is looking for a result driven Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center. Main job tasks and responsibilities: · Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups. · Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities. · Proper phone etiquette. · Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails. · Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services. · Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching for new leads. · Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers. · Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy skills. Tend to high volume of calls. · Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word. · Monday – Friday, Hours are from 8-5 · Competitive Pay: Hourly + Commission · Availability for growth.
