Responsible for supporting the outside sales team of a leading packaging machinery manufacturer. This position focuses on enabling field sales success by helping manage inbound inquiries, preparing pricing and technical proposals, coordinating with other departments and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive and capable of translating customer needs into actionable information that supports the sales team in closing business.
