About The Position

Responsible for supporting the outside sales team of a leading packaging machinery manufacturer. This position focuses on enabling field sales success by helping manage inbound inquiries, preparing pricing and technical proposals, coordinating with other departments and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive and capable of translating customer needs into actionable information that supports the sales team in closing business. Requirements

  • High school diploma required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of inside sales, customer service or sales support experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation or capital machinery is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written skills utilizing office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple inquires, quotes and follow-up tasks simultaneously is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is critical.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation or capital machinery is a plus.
