As an Inside Sales Unit Manager , you’ll guide a team of high-energy Loan Consultants who help everyday people move from simply getting by to truly thriving through Achieve’s innovative digital personal finance solutions. Sharpen your expertise: After training, you’ll spend time stepping into the Loan Consultant role so you fully understand how to best coach and elevate your team. Flexibility: Enjoy work-from-home/hybrid options if you're located in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Schedule & Training Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday Training: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm for the first 4 weeks, plus 30–60 days in the Loan Consultant role for hands-on learning (some in-office time required) Hours: 8-hour shift between 6am–8pm Arizona time Compensation Total on-target earnings: $100,000–$145,000+ (This reflects a base salary + monthly bonus) Plus a full benefits package. Requirements

  • 4+ years of inside sales management experience (call center experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day
  • A proactive, motivating leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite
  • A talent for building strong partnerships across teams and communicating expectations clearly
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying focused and organized

Responsibilities

  • Drive key sales initiatives: introduce new processes, underwriting criteria, sales techniques, and departmental updates
  • Inspire and elevate your team through ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Support onboarding and development of new hires
  • Ensure your team consistently hits Unit Quotas, Close Rates, and QA standards
  • Set the tone by modeling excellent pipeline management and call volume expectations
