Work with customer service manager and leaders to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Assist customers with questions and concerns while providing accurate answers and responses Inform potential/existing customers about products and services Handle returns or complaints while recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures Provide pricing and delivery information
