As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and stellar client experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 1–2 years of corporate or administrative experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Interacting with high-level clients and executives, handling special requests
• Assisting sales staff with client projects by creating quotes
• Managing vendor relationships and securing special pricing
• Processing orders and tracking progress
• Answering customer calls and providing top-notch assistance
• Tackling general tasks and challenges with a positive attitude

Benefits

• Base salary $40,000 - $60,000 (DOE)
