About The Position

Clifford Power is looking for a solutions minded individual to join our Equipment Sales team as an Inside Sales Support Rep. The position will be responsible for various inside sales and administrative roles such as quoting, follow up, inventory management and customer service. Supporting reps across our entire corporate footprint, the Inside Sales Support Rep will aid in our continued growth as one of the largest Generac Industrial Dealers in North America. Equally important to the individual position is the ability to be part of the Clifford Power team. We promote a culture where we all work cohesively to provide a Great Customer Experience. Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Detailed written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various project elements simultaneously

  • Conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

  • Support Outside Sales Representatives with quoting, customer communication, etc.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Manage inventory sales and collaborate with marketing dept to promote to dealer network and customer base
  • Manage residential generators, ATS and extended warranty opportunities.
  • Route qualified commercial/industrial opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales Representative for further development and closure
  • Managing project progress, track orders and adapt work as required.
