Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Individuals must have strong organizational and leadership skills, can multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Sales Support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders via telephone and email.
  • Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information.
  • Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems while interacting internally with branch location support.
  • Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems.
  • Solves range of straightforward problems and delivery solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicates clearly and follows up to closing the loop on open customer needs.
  • Cylinder audit support.
  • Ability to use and manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is a must along with internal programs to track and report customer information as needed.
