Requirements

• Bachelors and Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in account management or inside sales; contracting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in deciphering and completing often complex customer requirement documentation and returning in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally usher buyers through the purchasing process, which can sometimes take 12 months or more.
• Self-motivated with a desire to work with a small team in a startup environement.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for outside sales reps with customer interaction, scheduling, and follow up.
• Fulfilling RFQs and RFPs from government and private hospitals and clinics. Proactively helping the sales process by interacting with prospective customers about their budget and equipment acquisition timelines.
• Document and track customer interactions and record process improvement opportunities.
