About The Position
Key Accountabilities of The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist : Customer service liaison between customer and all departments Sales Order Review Quoting Order Entry Technical Background in Manufacturing Engineering Product Configuration Sales Reporting Discount Analysis The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist will have the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred (in Engineering related field) -or- Bachelor's and 3-5 year of experience in manufacturing of consumer goods -or- Associate's Degree and 7+ years' experience in Engineering field -or- High School Diploma and 10+ years' experience with Inside Sales in similar field -plus- Bilingual- Spanish a plus Knowledge of Company and Industry Customer Relationship Management Strong business and financial acumen This is NOT a remote position location office in Sulligent, AL
Requirements
