The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, courteous sales support via phone, email, text, or chat with Retail leads. They will communicate with customers to confirm their contact information, timeline to purchase, budgeting goals, land needs, as well as home interests. The Inside Sales Specialist will help customers begin the buying process and schedule an appointment to visit a Home Center before handing them off to a Clayton Retail Home Center. The Inside Sales Specialist must excel at building rapport over the phone, generating excitement and urgency with leads and can convert leads to Home Center visits. Lastly, they will work with Clayton Development Group to help prospective buyers work with local real estate agents in the purchase of Clayton Real Estate homes.
