About The Position

As a member of the Inside Sales team, your role would be to help support not only our Design Consultants, but also our customers. At Express Flooring, we strive to provide an incredible customer experience throughout our entire appointment and installation process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or proven track record with work experience.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft office / Technology Skills to learn new programs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and operate under tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of sales tactics, closing skills, and processes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing (Operating primarily over the phone).
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with company employees, managers, customers, and prospects.
  • Able to use sound business judgment and enact strong business ethics.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts to support the Sales Team. Operating Hours: 8am – 8pm Monday through Sunday

Nice To Haves

  • Inside Sales Experience preferred (Home Improvement or Similar Industry or Familiar with In-Home Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from our salespeople from their sales appointments to help them with pricing or other miscellaneous support.
  • Follow-up on jobs going into Sales Hold due to information missing.
  • Handle rehash opportunities with customers who didn’t purchase during their initial visit.
  • Taking calls from our salespeople with questions (Technical, Sales Related, Stock Check Calls).
  • Work towards the retention of Customers wanting to cancel their projects.
  • Completing change orders or contracts digitally.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Manager for coaching opportunities for Design Consultants (DC).
  • Attain Inside Sales goals and revenue objectives.
  • Schedule reselections when needed for appointments for DC to return.
  • Provide primary support to markets during Sales Manager PTO.
  • Other duties and tasks as needed by Leadership.
