As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for processing both inbound and outbound calls to address the needs of our prospects and customers. While your primary focus will be on driving sales, you’ll also assist with customer service-related calls when needed. You’ll be part of a dynamic, energetic team that thrives in a "Greatest Place to Work" culture at our state-of-the-art support center in beautiful Alpharetta, GA.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong work ethic and ethical problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Support all Inside Sales Team initiatives to drive business growth.
- Provide compelling descriptions and quotes for our various services.
- Successfully sell all applicable services and overcome objections from prospects and customers.
- Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions in our CRM (PestPac & Sales Exec).
- Assist in the training of new Inside Sales Specialists.
- Communicate customer and prospect trends and issues to leadership.
- Participate in outbound sales calls to help grow our business.
- Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team culture by partnering cross-functionally with other teams.
- Bring a winning attitude and a "fire in the belly" mentality to create and maintain a Best Place to Work culture.
