The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive engagement with new and transactional customers, including lead source accounts and reseller partners. This role focuses on accounts not managed by the outside Technical Sales Representatives. The Inside Sales Specialist will onboard new customers, manage a portfolio of transactional accounts, and grow their base business through strategic inside sales activities. Success in this role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical distribution environment. Earn competitive commission as part of our inside sales team, with average payouts of $5,000–$10,000. Commissions are paid quarterly, rewarding your performance and contributions to revenue growth.
