We are an integral part of Crane NXT , a c$2 billion dollar business with over 5,000 associates Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads with new clients through targeted sales campaigns, managing and growing smaller accounts and utilizing phone and email outreach to secure new logos. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 + years in an inside / internal sales or lead generation role, preferably within the Authentication and Brand Protection market, or in a comparable solution based sales environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally experienced with government solutions or authentication/brand protection products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Execute sales campaigns to identify and qualify leads with potential new clients; contribute to the development of target customer lists by working together with Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement and Sales functions.
  • Account Management and Development: You will gain the opportunity to manage and nurture smaller key accounts, ensuring their awareness of the full suite of Crane Authentication products and services across the physical and digital range.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Conduct phone calls and send emails to prospective clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and generating interest.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and capture customer feedback to enable refinement of the campaign messaging and strategies
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for values in excess of pre-agreed value.
  • Close contracts: take leads below pre-agreed values from identification through qualification, quote and close
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track activities, leads, and opportunities. Ensure all interactions are logged and information is up-to-date.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance to senior management.
