As an Inside Sales Representative, you are a key driver of our commercial success. You actively develop new business, nurture existing customer relationships, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across your portfolio. You promote our sustainable collections, strengthen our brand presence, and play a central role in growing the market. Your role and impact Act as a brand ambassador for Stanley/Stella in the US, representing our values and sustainable vision. Drive new business by identifying prospects, making outbound calls, following up on leads, and understanding customer needs. Manage your own customer portfolio, increasing brand awareness and supporting sales growth through cross-selling and upselling. As well as supporting portfolio customers with sample requests, following-up orders and providing customers with order related information. Present new collections (virtually and on-site) and participate in regional trade fairs when required. Work in close collaboration with the Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and customer-driven experience. Proactively support the expansion of our customer database and contribute to achieving regional KPIs. Provide accurate account follow-up, CRM updates, and sales reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
