The Inside Sales Representative is a key contributor to our revenue growth strategy, responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships primarily through phone, email, and CRM platforms. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales within assigned territories. Using CRM tools, the Inside Sales Representative will track and manage all sales activities to ensure a streamlined and effective sales process. This role requires close collaboration with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Service Teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities. Success in this position is measured by the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
