About The Position

Any Hour Services is a residential service company specializing in electric, plumbing, heating & air that has been in business for over 50 years. Great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We grow every year and we are looking for full-time members to be on our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting 80+ customer interactions daily via phone and email, presenting service options, and promoting our high-quality standards. You'll use call management software to document interactions and collaborate closely with the sales team to improve processes. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of sales experience, preferably in home services or trade-related fields, and be comfortable adapting to evolving systems. Experience with platforms like ServiceTitan, Dialpad, or Five9 is a plus. Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of sales experience
• Ability to perform 80+ customer interactions every single day
• Capable of learning new softwares and adapting to change
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Dialpad, or Five9 is preferred
• Sales experience over the phone is strongly preferred
• Experience working in residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical is preferred
