About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to generate new business
• Identify and qualify leads, and schedule meetings with potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
