Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a learning‑oriented, support‑focused role within the Inside Sales organization. The position is responsible for performing essential administrative sales and customer support tasks while developing foundational knowledge of products, systems, and sales processes. This role supports the Inside Sales Teams through transactional execution and guided exposure to account‑related activities. The role is designed to build readiness for future roles; advancement is encouraged and is based on demonstrated readiness, performance, and business needs.
