Inside Sales Representative Location: Sedalia, Missouri Help students create lasting memories in yearbooks. Through direct marketing via mail, telephone calls, website inquiries, response cards, etc., the representative is responsible for increasing sales in both their specific territory and for the team as a whole within the goals and guidelines set by management for accountability. External communications will include, but will not necessarily be limited to public and private school teachers, administrators, parent/student organizations, photographers, territory representatives, and private individuals. Customer service is provided on orders from order entry through the post-shipment time frame with interaction between the customer, representative, manufacturing, and accounting. Internal communications will include, but will not necessarily be limited to other representatives of the Sales and Customer Service team, Information Systems, Accounting, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Management.
