Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of inside sales or sales development experience, ideally high-volume
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
  • Tech-forward mindset (CRM tools, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Self-starter energy, competitive drive, and a winning attitude

Responsibilities

  • Connect with pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling—ever)
  • Deliver standout customer experiences from first contact to close
  • Use consultative selling to uncover needs and match customers with the right solutions
  • Confidently overcome objections and close deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage daily leads and follow-ups through our custom CRM
  • Track performance, refine your approach, and consistently beat your goals
