Responsibilities

  • Partner with outside sales representatives to drive revenue growth and achieve performance targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by providing consistent communication, guidance, and support.
  • Identify customer needs proactively and deliver tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to expand the customer base.
  • Manage customer service and order fulfillment processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and precise order processing from initial request through final delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of orders with special requirements.
  • Monitor market conditions and provide insights on trends and competitive pricing to sales management.
  • Determine competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability and support customer retention.
  • Oversee customer inventory programs to prevent excess material and obsolescence.
  • Coordinate expedited shipping for ready-to-ship materials to meet customer deadlines.
  • Provide sales territory coverage when the primary representative is unavailable.
