You are responsible for leading potential clients through a consultation process that identifies their needs, addresses their fears, and helps them decide if our firm is the right partner to solve their problem. This is a sales position. However, we define sales as the act of helping someone make a decision that is in their own best interest. If you believe that selling is "convincing" people to do things they don't want to do, this is not the role for you. The Reality of the Position We value truth over comfort. We track every lead and every outcome. You will be expected to report your numbers weekly and take ownership of your performance. The stakes are high. Clients are often at their lowest point. You must possess the emotional resilience to support them while maintaining the professional boundaries required to do your job effectively. We are a Seattle-based firm. You must be willing to meet clients at our home base in Seattle and drive to our satellite offices in the metro area.
