About The Position

Global Aviation Co. (GAC) is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our commercial aircraft parts business across North America. You will be directly involved in revenue-generating activity, working daily with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and internal sales leadership. High performers have a clear and defined path to Outside Sales / Account Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
  • Interest in commercial aviation and long-term career growth in sales

Nice To Haves

  • Outlook, Teams, ERP systems (Quantum Control experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage high-volume RFQs and quotations
  • Liaise directly with customers and vendors to secure pricing and lead times
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and the Director of Sales on key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned customer base
  • Manage follow-ups, order flow, and customer communication end-to-end
  • Work in a fast-paced aftermarket environment where accuracy and speed matter
