An Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative (ISR) is a key member of the team and represents Glass Doctor on sales, support calls, scheduling, and office management. Responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests. Exemplifies our Code of Values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position requires a self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented person with a high level of work ethic. Must be able to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction and be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
