Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers interested in home warranty services. Educate and consult homeowners on the benefits, coverage options, and pricing of our warranty plans. Follow a structured sales process to drive high conversion rates and meet or exceed sales goals. Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend the best warranty solution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Overcome objections and use consultative selling techniques to close sales. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership and peers to continuously improve scripts, strategies, and processes. Stay informed on product updates, promotions, industry trends, and competitors. Uphold excellent customer service standards to foster long-term customer satisfaction.
