About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized Inside Sales Representative / Sales Support Specialist to support our regional sales team and customer base. This role plays a critical part in proposal coordination, contract renewals, CRM management, and sales execution support , ensuring opportunities move efficiently from proposal to closed order. If you enjoy working at the center of sales operations, customer coordination, and revenue execution , this role offers strong exposure to the full sales cycle while supporting a high-performing commercial team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, sales operations, or account coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technical, capital equipment, or life sciences sales teams
  • Familiarity with service contracts, renewals, and proposal management
  • Experience working in pharma, healthcare, or regulated environments

Responsibilities

  • Support regional sales representatives with proposal preparation, pricing coordination, and order processing
  • Manage contract renewals and customer follow-up to drive repeat business and account expansion
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reporting
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, service, project management, and finance teams to prepare quotes and proposals
  • Assist with customer communication, order coordination, and sales documentation
  • Ensure consistent follow-up on proposals to help convert opportunities into orders
