The purpose of this job is to develop and provide focus on customer relationships and administrative support of inside sales activities for fleet sizes less than 60. Provide support for accounts with the inside sales team that are with a fleet size of less than 60; perform administrative duties on accounts to include managing customer reporting and paperwork Plan customer phone calls by defining the objective and preparing questions to move customer towards the sales objective Assist the credit department to prepare for and resolve customer issues Develop a strong internal network and leverage cross-functional capabilities to effectively respond to customer needs. Collaborate with sales team to identify business opportunities Assist customers via phone and email with account support such as mobile fueling, International Fuel Tax Association tax reports, online portal, statement retrieval, and card issues Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Complete other duties as assigned
